1. Who operates the Studio

Imperial Ballet Studio is the official Imperial Classical Ballet workspace operated by Amande Concerts Ltd for authorised users managing promotional content for Imperial Classical Ballet and related productions.

2. Information we process

When you connect a social-media account, we may process the account identifiers, profile details, permissions and access tokens supplied by that platform. We also process videos, images, captions, scheduling choices and publishing results that you provide or create in the Studio.

3. How we use information

We use this information to connect authorised accounts, prepare platform-specific content, schedule or publish approved posts, display publishing status, provide audience-informed recommendations and keep the service secure.

4. Social platforms and service providers

The Studio communicates with the official APIs of connected platforms, including Meta and TikTok, only for features that you authorise. Content and account information may also be processed by hosting and AI service providers that support the Studio.

5. Storage and retention

Connection credentials are stored server-side and are not displayed publicly. We retain information only while it is needed to provide the Studio, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the service. You can disconnect a social account at any time through the Studio or the platform.

6. Your choices

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with the Studio. You may also revoke a platform connection directly in the relevant social-media account.
